We do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.

Scent preferences are personal.
For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on fragrance selection.

The Phoenix Essence is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • delays caused by shipping carriers
